Bespoke Conversion Software

Here at Serious Digital Ideas we are always looking for ways to aid, enhance and speed up the sales process, that is why our "Endearment and Conversion" application was built. In a nutshell this application takes an initial contact into an endearment process where they will be wooed into a relationship by regular email contact (automated), personalised online experiences and be given access to their own portflio of products and/or services which they can browse through themselves. The endearment and conversion system relies on two key areas to aid the conversion:
  1. Regular, personalised contact
  2. Personalisation and filtering of available content

In practice

So how does this work in practice? Step one, the regular contact, is usually handled by automated email marketing which is triggered by a new contact (this contact could be ported to printed material or direct mail). The emails/DM are specifically designed to address identified key barriers to conversion and each one leads the recipient through to a personalised landing page.
 
This landing page is tailored to enforce the message of the referring email and to guide the recipient through a step by step process designed specifically to break down this identified barrier.
 
Furthermore this landing zone/microsite will hold details of the particular products and/or services which the recipient first enquired about, giving them immediate access to information directly related to their query and not confusing them with auxilliary content. If the enquiry was about multiple products/services then these are added to a shopping basket where the user can either buy/apply for any or whittle their selection down to just one. When the user removes a product or service from the basket the website will then hide the information related to it, providing streamlined and totally personalised content to each individual user.
 

Results

Basically - It Works!! It's not rocket science - if you make something quicker, easier and more compelling then it is bound to do well. The beauty of the system is that it tracks and records every stage of interaction from the emails, through every click on the landing zone and ultimately to the final decision to purchase or not. Non-conversions can be analysed to establish the exact point the conversion was lost and the controlling company can see in real-time exactly what point each of the potential customers are in the process, what they have looked at and where they focussed their attention. All this is availble in the software dashboard.
